REFUNDS.
Due to the nature of our products & the hygienic factor all sales are final. We will issue no refunds or exchanges for any reason. Thanks for your understanding!
DAMAGES.
We will only issue a replacement if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately, within 2 days of the package being delivered. we will NOT issue a replacement after the 2 day period. Please send photos of the damages products and the name of the products to our email at BlossomBodyCollection@gmail.com. we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your email.
WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEMS?
Please contact us via email at BlossomBodyCollection@gmail.com with in 3 days of delivery. After the 3 day period we cannot offer you an exchange.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER!
Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel your order since all orders are final sale. Thank you for your understanding!
MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH, BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED!
Please contact your bank/ credit union for any questions regarding this matter. Typically the transaction is pending in your account. depending on your bank/ credit union and the day of the week, the money goes back into your account shortly after.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
All orders will have parcel insurance. the customer will be responsible for all customs fees & duties. We will not issue any refunds / replacements for any packages that are deemed undeliverable, lost or stolen.
